Standard pricing is based on installation on grass, where ground staking is allowed and no underground utilities are present.
Additional tables, chairs, or sidewalls can be added to this package for an additional cost. Please contact us to customize your setup.
If underground utilities cannot be verified, are present, or staking is not permitted, additional counterweights will be required to safely secure the tent. Please contact us in advance for details and pricing related to weighted installations.
A site visit may be required or requested prior to your event to evaluate setup conditions and ensure safe installation.
For the safety of your guests and our crew, we reserve the right to delay, cancel, or immediately take down any tent setup in the event of severe weather, including but not limited to high winds, lightning, or heavy storms.
