Standard package pricing is based on setup on grass, where ground stakes can be safely used and no underground utilities are present.
If underground utilities are present, unmarked, or staking is not permitted, additional counterweights will be required to secure the tent. Please contact us for pricing and planning support for weighted installations.A site visit may be required or requested to confirm that the setup area is safe and suitable for installation.
For the safety of everyone involved, we reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or immediately remove the tent in the event of severe weather, including high winds, lightning, or storms.
Our team monitors conditions closely and prioritizes safety above all else.Additional terms and conditions may apply depending on your location, ground conditions, or event requirements.

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
