Standard package pricing is based on setup on grass, where ground stakes can be safely used and no underground utilities are present.
If underground utilities are present, unmarked, or staking is not permitted, additional counterweights will be required to secure the tent. Please contact us for pricing and planning support for weighted installations. -
A site visit may be required or requested to confirm that the setup area is safe and suitable for installation.

For the safety of everyone involved, we reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or immediately remove the tent in the event of severe weather, including high winds, lightning, or storms.
