Disclaimer: Client agrees to inform the rental company of any underground utilities or obstructions at the installation site. Tent stakes may penetrate the ground up to 48 inches; the rental company is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities. If underground utilities are present, alternative anchoring methods will be used. In the event of severe weather, including high winds or storms, the rental company may dismantle the tent to ensure safety. Client assumes all risks associated with weather-related conditions.
